Texas Jobs

Team Talk.

What separates your hospital from its competition? When I came here about six weeks ago, my experience in behavioral health had been one of toxicity, people grumbling, poor staff support, poor leadership. No one seemed to enjoy their job. People here seem to actually be happy and enjoy their work. They are willing to help each other and be supportive. It’s very refreshing. The work is demanding, but it’s essential to feel as if someone has your back and will go the extra mile for you.
