We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to provide both clinical and front end support in a fast paced outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities

- Provide clinical support including vital signs, screenings, specimen collection, urine drug screens, and point of care testing- Assist with documentation, EMR tasks, prior authorizations, refill workflows, and patient communication- Cross cover front desk functions including scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and check in and check out- Manage calls, voicemails, and patient messages to ensure timely follow up- Support patient flow across psychiatry, addiction services, and related programs- Maintain supplies, documentation, and compliance with clinic standards

Requirements/Qualifications

Qualifications

- Medical Assistant certification required CMA, RMA, or equivalent- Minimum 2 years of outpatient or ambulatory experience- BLS certification required or obtained during onboarding- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Preferred

- Experience in behavioral health, psychiatry, or addiction services- Experience with EMR systems, prior authorizations, and patient registration workflows

Yearly Salary

$48,540 - $59,327
