Overview

Signet Health is seeking a qualified individual with 2-4 yrs. experience for the position of Financial Analyst within our corporate office in North Richland Hills, TX.  Remote working is possible.

We offer a competitive and market value compensation package.  Salary is between $75 - $85k, depending on experience. 

Overview:

This position will support the Finance, Operations and Development departments by analyzing and reporting financial results, developing business cases for prospective clients, and potentially assisting with budgetary process of clients. This position reports to the VP of Reimbursement and Financial Analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Perform analysis required for the creation of monthly, quarterly, annual, and on-demand reports for existing programs. 
  • Assist Program Directors with budget preparation, variance reporting, and data analysis.
  • Assist in the creation of proformas for new business development opportunities in various behavioral health program settings.
  • Research healthcare reimbursement systems as defined by regional settings and government jurisdiction. 
  • Participate in troubleshooting activities related to general Reimbursement and Finance department functions. 
  • Conducts/participates in projects and studies to include Market Feasibility Assessments, need-demand assessments, forecasts of demographics and demand for services, and Operational Assessments.

Requirements/Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required in accounting, business administration or finance related area.
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience in the area of financial analysis or the equivalent of education and training.
  • Must possess the ability to analyze financial statements and compile data, create and analyze proformas, write reports, and present recommendations based upon analysis.
  • Hospital healthcare experienced preferred, including knowledge of hospital cost reports, patient care delivery systems, Medicare and other insurance reimbursement models.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, work within budgetary guidelines and support corporate goals, mission, vision and principles of organizational excellence. 
  • Skills must include high proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and web-based research. Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Proven ability to work independently and to collaborate with teams.
  • Superior communications skills, including a demonstrated ability to write clearly and concisely and present findings to clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in teamwork, leadership, problem-solving and interpersonal understanding.
  • Exposure to sensitive materials requires a high level of confidentiality.
