Overview
Program Director - Acute Rehabilitation Unit
Signet Health, a national acute rehabilitation and behavioral health company, is currently recruiting for a full-time Program Director for the acute inpatient rehabilitation program at Franciscan Health Indianapolis.
The Director of Inpatient Rehabilitation is responsible for the onsite daily management needs of the Signet Health Client hospital contractual relationship and the supervision of patient care for the unit.
Responsibilites include, but are not limited to:
- Development and execution of a high-quality, best-practice clinical program.
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive community relations and education program.
- Strategic planning, business development, financial, quality and regulatory operations.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related clinical healthcare field (PT,OT,ST, RN); Masters degree preferred. *Candidates with Masters in Healthcare Administration will also be considered.
- 3-5 years of inpatient rehabilitation management experience or related hospital based department.
- Demonstrates exceptional skills in all forms of communication – verbal, written, formal, informal.
- Works closely with others in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
