Executive Vice President of Administration

Signet Healthcare is seeking an Executive Vice President of Administration to provide strategic vision and leadership for the development, expansion, and operational management of a 48-bed freestanding inpatient psychiatric facility in Grand Junction, Colorado. 

This position reports directly to the Signet Health Executive Vice President of Operations and to the hospital CEO or designee.


  • Must have a thorough knowledge of management, psychiatric hospital operations and community relations;
  • Knowledge of QI processes and tools;
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements for psychiatric hospitals;
  • Ability to provide leadership both independently and as a member of management teams in decision making, implementation, and quality compliance;
  • Closely align with regional strategic and business development leadership to oversee planning and marketing efforts for the facility;
  • Develop, present for approval and implement strategic operating and capital budgets;
  • Collaborate with clinical and quality leadership to optimize organizational performance in regard to national quality measures;
  • Provide organizational development expertise and advise hospital on industry trends and utilize best practice principles;
  • Responsible for community relations, community relevance, and ensures hospital meets community need;
  • Responsible for ensuring all regulatory standards are met;
  • The position is a strategic member of the Corporate Leadership Team and is required to demonstrate leadership qualities consistent with the hospital's Leadership Philosophy.

    • Master’s degree in behavioral science, nursing, public administration, or related degree. Bachelor’s degree considered with demonstrated experience.
    • Progressive Behavioral Health operations experience for a minimum of five years including psychiatric hospital administrative management duties.
    • Experience in developing and implementing a continuous improvement culture.
    • Experience in Physician and staff management and leadership.
