Overview
Signet Health, a national behavioral health management company is assisting our client, Indiana Regional Medical Center, located in Indiana, PA, in recruiting a
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide individual counseling and psychotherapy in an office setting. Experience with children/adolescents is highly preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assess patients' mental health concerns
- Create treatment plans
- Provide counseling for individuals, couples, and families
- Conduct crisis interventions
- Maintain patient records via Electronic Health Record
- Refer patients to other mental health providers

Requirements/Qualifications
- A master's degree in counseling or a related field from an accredited program
- Active and valid LCSW or LPC license in the state of PA
- At least 2 years clinical experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- BLS required or attained within 1 month of hire.
